C-IN2 New York is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
